Cookies and audience measurement
This site sets two cookies, both of them necessary for it to work: a session cookie and a security token protecting the forms. They serve neither advertising, nor profiling, nor tracking from one site to another, and setting them does not require your consent.
The videos on this site are served by a player that keeps its own technical settings in your browser, such as the volume and an icon cache. No identifier is attached to them.
Traffic to the site is measured with Plausible Analytics, whose legal entity is incorporated in Estonia and whose data is processed and stored in the European Union. It sets no cookie, uses neither the browser cache nor its local storage, and creates no permanent identifier: visits within one day are matched through a fingerprint computed from a key that is rotated and deleted every twenty-four hours, the IP address and the user agent never being kept. What is measured is the address of the page, where the visit came from, the browser, the operating system, the device type and the country, how far down the page you scroll and how long you spend on it, and, when you follow a link to another site or download a document, the address of that link or document. No matching from one site to another, or from one day to the next, is possible.
This measurement rests on the legitimate interest of Miratlas SAS in knowing the audience of its site. The data is neither sold nor used for advertising or profiling. You may object to it by writing to dpo@miratlas.com.
Online assistant
This site offers a conversational assistant. Your question, together with the exchanges preceding it in the same conversation, is sent to Mistral AI, a French company, which writes the answer. Nothing else is sent to it beyond your question and the public content of this site, and you are asked not to type personal data into the assistant.
Conversations are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically. What is recorded is the questions asked, the answers produced, the page the conversation started from and a one-way fingerprint of your IP address, the address itself not being kept; that fingerprint serves only to limit abuse. The purpose is to improve the service.
The answers are generated automatically from the pages of this site and can be inaccurate; they do not bind Miratlas SAS. You may ask for a conversation to be deleted at dpo@miratlas.com.
The rights of the persons whose data is collected
You have the right to request access to and the rectification of your personal data.
You have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted, (i) if you dispute the accuracy of your data during the time allowing us to verify the accuracy thereof, (ii) if you consider that we are processing your data unlawfully and you request a restriction of its use rather than its erasure, (iii) if we no longer need your data for the purposes mentioned above but this data is still necessary for the recognition, exercise or defense of your rights in court, (iv) if you exercise your right to object during the verification period as to whether our legitimate interests override your interests.
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. In the event of a request to delete your data, Miratlas SAS may nevertheless store it in the form of an intermediate archive, for the time necessary to fulfill its legal, accounting and tax obligations.
